With our goal as a dental clinic being the constant improvement of provided services, we have invested in the acquisition of a state-of-the-art CT scanner and panoramic scanner.

Computed tomography provides 3D display, allowing the dentist to acquire much more detailed information than the 2D display of panoramic tomography, something much needed in a plethora of cases.

Computed tomography of the upper and lower jaw is a simple procedure, that only lasts a few seconds.

There is no need for the patient to enter a canopy, since the CT scanner is open and adjusts according to height, making it accessible to all, including disabled patients.

Computed tomography is a valuable tool allowing the dentist to draw the most suitable treatment plan.

It is especially useful is cases such as:

  • Implant surgery: It allows the dentist to gather information concerning the number of implants needed as well as their future placement, the possible need for bone reconstruction, bone density of the jaw, the position of the alveolar nerve and sinus etc.

  • Diagnosing fractures, the position of enclosed teeth or wisdom teeth, cases of supernumerary teeth, the location and size of cysts etc.

  • Diagnosing the number and position of teeth roots.

  • Locating and diagnosing injuries, and correctly estimating their extent.
